52 YO female who has developmental macromastia and has requsted breast reduction surgry to relieve pain and discomfort associated with her large breast. Her bra size before surgery was 38DDD . Her current height is 5'7.5" and her current weight is #223. She had 800 grams of tissue removed from her right breast and 600 grams from the left. We achieved symptomatic relief.
