71 YO female who has developmental macromastia and has requsted breast reduction surgry to relieve pain and discomfort associated with her large breast. Her bra size before surgery was 44DD. Her current height is 5'7" and her current weight is #224. She had 600 grams of tissue removed from her right breast and 625 grams from the left. We achieved symptomatic relief.
