Case Details
This is a 37 year old patient who presented with severe macromastia and asymmetry. She is in great physical condition and quite petite at 4'11 and weighs 145 pounds. The macromastia has caused her a lot of upper neck and back pain along with multiple medical issues. She moved forward with breast reduction surgery. She had 1100 grams of tissue removed on the right and only 700 grams of tissue on the left due to the asymmetry.
