Implant Inversion- are you flipping kidding me?

This problem is really frustrating , for both the patient and the plastic surgeon- believe me! In my experience, changing pockets does not solve the issue, because the problem is the shaped, or highly cohesive implants can be seen through the skin when they flip, whereas, the less cohesive implants do not have a shape that can be seen. So I have found the best treatment is changing to a less cohesive implant. Good Luck and Breast Wishes.
